Costume Deposits: Click here for order form (pdf) A deposit of $45.00 per costume will be due by December 1, 2008. Costumes will be ordered by December 20. If we have not received your deposits by the due date, no costumes will be ordered.   Balances on costumes are due by March 1, 2009. Costume sizes are also due with deposit by December 1, 2008. Please measure carefully. Costumes are ordered by size only. Example: 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. Make sure that the correct size for your child is handed in. Costumes are not custom made. There will be a fee of $20.00 for each costume that has to be returned. Exchanging a costume will take 10 weeks to be returned and you may risk not receiving it in time for picture day, dress rehearsal, and even the recital. Measure girth from the center of the right shoulder, through the crotch and back to the starting point. Hold tape loosely. When in doubt, let the girth measurement be your guide. Please order by size. Do not send measurements unless completely in doubt.
